Astrometry.org

While looking for some stars that can be used to calibrate the brightness of supernovae in nearby galaxies (part of a new project for schools to use with the Faulkes telescopes, more on this another day), I came across two websites: astrometry.org and astrophysical.org which are full of useful information.
